Webcam Toy allows you to use your webcam with over 70 types of effects and filters.
It uses the WebRTC getUserMedia API for HTML5 camera access and WebGL fragment shaders (GLSL) to apply the real-time special effects to the camera video feed.
Click the arrow buttons to choose an effect or click the middle button to view a grid of 9 effects at once.
Once youve taken a photo you can save it to your computer or share directly to social networks.

Reply to this commentEach time I 'allow' webcam access, the display returns black, and all pictures are black with no effects. Is there an extra step I have missed to reveal image? Other webcam type experiments work fluidly with my integrated webcam. very intriguing concept I wish I could try.
Reply to this commenti listen to music or do some workout looking at the effects... just leaving it on in one of the screens is just cool! if u could have some of the visuals move to music with the image in the background would be the icing on the cake!
