Reply to this commentThat is superb. I would like to see step by step guide to do this.
Reply to this commentProtein ribbon models are a popular method for displaying the tertiary structure of proteins. In other words, they show how amino acids connect in 3D space, as well as other important structural features, without having to deal with an overwhelming all-atom model. The entire ChemDoodle Web Components library (including ribbons) is open source (GPL with HTML exception). Please do use it!
Reply to this commentWow, I don't know what any of these models represent; but I do know that the performance is outstanding and it's beautiful to look at. Great job on this!
