Hey! We highly recommend you launch this experiment in Google Chrome. It may run slower, or not at all, in other browsers.

Okay, I'll download Google Chrome I'm willing to risk it

This experiment doesn't work very well for me and I use chrome. The 'ball' popup kept getting stuck to the computer's 'pong' popup. I couldn't pull it off either. The "Brower Pong" experiment is the same concept and works a little better for me, it might for you too.

The computer may be a cheater but you can cheat too. Just control your paddle by dragging the window with your paddle using your mouse. I love getting the ball stuck in the computer's paddle. If you want a challenge, minimize the window with the ball (or even the computer's paddle if you want to be completely blind).

The ball stuck on the paddle with chrome and with firefox, but with Opera it worked, with sound and all! Great idea, but I don't think I will use it that much...

Great idea. Works at a playable speed on my computer. Would be nice if you could win though :P

Cool. I'm using Chrome, but the ball got stuck on the right-handle paddle and wouldn't come free...

Nooo! I have seen the future of pop-up advertising, and it is not good!

Doesn't start properly on a multi monitor setup - my paddle was a whole screen behind the scoring line! Pretty slow on my machine too, but it is a bit of an old grinder.

Cool concept but practicality is an issue. It's not the browser. I use Google Chrome. It's more or less that scoring is impossible. How many points does it take to win anyway. I could be up all night trying to score one point. But it is a very impressive use of technology. A fun game. Kudos to the creator!

very cool! it glitches occasionally, but other than that it is a great remake of an old popular game!

If it doesn't work in Firefox, chances are you've disabled the "Move or resize existing windows" option in Options>Content>Enable Javascript>Advanced.

I like this game though, it's unique and awesome.

Interesting...

Nice concept, but practicality however is another issue.

Yeah, don't expect anything to work whatsoever unless you're using Chrome.

Nice idea, but does not work well, at least in FF3.5. I couldn't know where the ball is.

I am using Safari 4 and the window holding the ball is slowly getting bigger and it gets to the point that you cant even play it any more. I am NOT complaining, I just think it's retarded that it only works on Chrome.

FFS. The name of this site is CHROME EXPERIMENTS. Don't bitch about it if you're not using Google Chrome.

it doesn't work as well in other browsers because other browsers suck.

that's the point of the site, to show off how much better their browser works.
