Launch Experiment
Not working? This is a WebGL experiment, so try running it with Google Chrome.
From the Author:
The OpenWorm Browser enables ready access to a cell-by-cell 3D representation of the nematode C. elegans in a WebGL enabled browser.
The C. elegans 3D model is provided by Christian Grove at the VirtualWorm project (WormBase, CalTech).
Our browser is based on WebGL technology and built on top of the open-3d-viewer (ex-"Google Body Browser").
As any other software developed as part of the OpenWorm project, the OpenWorm browser is completely open source.
Technology:
WebGL, Google App Engine, WebGL-Loader, Open3D-viewer, JQuery, Javascript

Reply to this commentThis is not working on Chrome 18.0.1025.142 running Ubuntu 12.04 beta2 with AMD HD6850 graphics. I am told my browser wouldn't support WebGL.
