Hey! We highly recommend you launch this experiment in Google Chrome. It may run slower, or not at all, in other browsers.
Simulates One Million Particles with attraction towards the cursor.
All calculations are done on the GPU using shaders.
On Retina screens, the width/height of the particles is half the size of the window. Please fix!
Love it though :)
Dead link to experiment!
Innumerable, in different shapes and functions are there. Coming and going at different positions andconditions is there. Sometime in human beings, in birds, animals, wilds, in water living, in soil (underground) pass time. All plays under the control of Supreme Power who is Omnipresent, Omniscient, Omnipotent and they can only remember Him and do proper services in the company of Holy Saints. Calling / Praying / Doing proper work side-by-side singing His Praises only possible when He Blesses.
wow, such a badass demo. I want to play with it in 3d so damn bad
Hey Robert, I love this and have been using it to accompany my music for the past couple of weeks. I'd like to create something using this and was wondering if you could possibly give me some advise on how to go about it. Thank you so much.
Sorry about the late reply. This thing doesn't notify you and I forgot. Its probably too late now but if you or anyone else would like to contact me you can reach me at: email@example.com
How do you get the help thing to go away
Wow! Dude this would be a great background! Different colors, maybe even size choices for the particles would add to this amazing little app! Publish this as an app soon yo!
It would be cool if you could choose different colors, instead of just green. Or maybe even random colors at the same time.
Are the particles colliding with each other? There's a lot of interesting emergent behaviour happening.
The "Help" message won't go away for me!
Please,Robert Oram or somebody, make video! And add here link. Thinks!
Oh, wow, it's in three dimensions. I thought it was just 2D and in a grid like pattern, maybe its a grid in a 3d twisting plane...?
que es esto
This would be a hell of a music visualizer.
How in the name of code is this not lagging my computer like it's the last day of its life
The dots are in a pattern, a sort of grid. I think.
I would like to use this as Desktop-Background.
One Million Particle, Powerful !!!!
also i like playing with them :D
