The Heart Browser, developed by iBrainovative Inc., visualizes patient specific 4D heart data using WebGL. The application allows users to view the 3D anatomy of the heart with fiber tracts along the epicardium (outer layer of the wall of the heart) and the endocardium (inner layer of the wall of the heart). Colors on the epicardium and the endocardium represents rgb color code for fiber direction.
